If a transaction fails: If your bKash statement shows "Failed" or "Cancelled", no funds were deducted — simply try again. Occasionally a network issue may cause a deduction even when the transaction appears unsuccessful — in that case, provide the TrxID to support and they'll verify and resolve it for you.

Bhaka7 offers both real-time scores and live streaming, though certain conditions apply.

Live Scores (always on): In the Sports Betting section, live scores update in real time alongside every ongoing match. Scores are available for all major sports including cricket, football, tennis, and basketball. A dedicated "Live" tab shows only the matches currently in progress.

Live Streaming (conditions apply): To watch live video streaming on selected matches, you'll need either a balance in your account or an active bet on that match. A camera icon next to a match indicates streaming is available.

• On the website, go to the Sports section → select the "Live" tab → choose your preferred match.
• Tap the "Live" button in the bottom menu of the app.

Bhaka7 offers several options to temporarily or permanently suspend your account — as part of its responsible gaming policy, you can activate these features yourself.

Cooling-off period (1–30 days): Go to the "Responsible Gaming" section in your account settings and select "Take a Break". You can choose any duration from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this period, new bets and deposits will not be allowed, but withdrawals remain available.

Self-exclusion (1–6 months): For a longer break, choose the "Self-Exclusion" option. Your account will be fully locked for a period of 1 to 6 months, and the exclusion cannot be cancelled during that time.
